is to share the knowledge that I have gained through 30 yrs of dance and fitness. I teach with intention,... integrity, and care to the individual to deliver the best Pilates technique, in strength training and conditioning with Classical and Modern Pilates Methods.

Men's Pilates and fitness
BEGINNERS MAT CLASS
Suitable for beginners and people with more experience. If you have any specific injury, aches, or pain, please speak to the tutor to modify and adapt the exercise safely.
You will focus on the body and the mind, along with balance and coordination to increase control. Allow time for the body to change habitual patterns to promote more efficient movement and increase suppleness.
YOU WILL LEARN
The original Joseph Pilates classical exercises, learning basic principles to start your journey further to intermediate level. Learn to use small pilates ball, bands to your class.
PILATES IS A SYSTEM
Of exercises specifically designed to promote body alignment, strength and flexibility. The work focuses on the abdominal muscles and the use of breath to support spinal alignment and improve muscular efficiency.
Chronic conditions are best not dealt with in a general level group class.
